Yu Suzuki สัญญาจะทำ Shenmue 4 ต่ออีก

Shenmue เกมเรื่องราวการตามล่าคนร้ายที่ฆ่าพ่อของตัวเอก Ryo Hazuki ซึ่งได้ดำเนินเรื่องต่อกันอีกครั้ง หลังเงียบหายไปนานเกือบ 20 ปี แต่ว่าแม้ Shenmue 3 จะออกมาให้เล่นกันแล้ว เรื่องราวของเกม Shenmue ก็ยังไม่จบลงง่ายๆ เพราะเดิมทีนั้น Yu Suzuki ผู้สร้างเกมคิดวางโครงเรื่องไว้ค่อนข้างยาวมาก ถึง 11 Chapters ด้วยกัน จึงจะต้องทำเกมอย่างน้อยๆ 5 ภาคจึงจะจบ

ซึ่งใครที่ได้เล่น Shenmue 3 จนจบแล้ว ในช่วงที่กำลังขึ้น staff credits เราก็จะได้เห็นจดหมายของคุณ Yu Suzuki ที่เขียนถึงแฟนๆเกม โดยบอกว่าเนื้อเรื่องของ Shenmue แม้จะยังไม่จบในภาค 3 แต่ตอนนี้เนื้อเรื่องทั้งหมดของเกมก็เหลือไม่ถึง 50% แล้ว ซึ่งตัวเขาจะไม่ยอมแพ้ ที่จะทำมันต่อจนกว่าจะจบ และสัญญาว่าจะพยายามหาโอกาสทำ Shenmue 4 ให้เล่นกันต่ออย่างแน่นอน โดยนี่ก็เป็นการเดินทางของตัวเขา ที่จะต้องเดินหน้าต่อไปเพื่อให้ Shenmue จบเนื้อเรื่องลงให้ได้

คาดว่า Shenmue 4 อาจจะทำได้เร็วขึ้น หากยอดขายของ Shenmue 3 ทำได้ดี ก็จะมีทุนทำภาคต่อไปได้ไวขึ้นนั่นเอง
