ผู้เล่นเกม Watch Dogs 2 ที่ชื่อ Goron2000 ของเว็บ NeoGAF ได้เล่นเกมมาก่อนกำหนดหนึ่งวันจากความผิดพลาดของ Amazon Prime Now จึงทำให้เขาเล่นเกมได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน แต่เกมกำหนดออกวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน เมื่อทาง Goron2000 เข้าไปในเกมเขาก็พบความผิดปกติอย่างหนึ่งคือ มีตัวละครบางตัว ไม่สวมเสื้อผ้าและพบว่าตัวละครเหล่านั้นมีการเรนเดอร์อวัยวะเพศอย่างชัดเจน ก็ไม่รู้ว่าทาง Ubisoft คิดอะไรอยู่

คลิปวีดีโอนี้มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับทางเพศ โปรดใช้วิจารณญาณในการรับชม

Goron2000 จึงได้ถ่ายภาพดังกล่าวไว้และแชร์ให้เพื่อนคนอื่นๆดูทางทวิตเตอร์ จากนั้นเขากลับมาเปิดเกมเล่นอีกในตอนกลางคืนก็พบว่า เขาไม่สามารถ Sign-in PSN ได้ พร้อมกับได้รับเมลแจ้งว่าเขาถูกแบน PSN เนื่องจากทำผิดกฎในการโพสเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับทางเพศ เป็นเวลา 7 วัน ระหว่างวันที่ 14-21 พฤศจิกายน 2016 ดังข้อความในเมลด้านล่าง

We’ve made this decision based on your online activity in Live from PlayStation on 14-11-2016.

Content of an adult or sexual nature is against our Code of Conduct.

ด้วยเหตุนี้ทำให้ทางผู้เล่นไม่พอใจว่า ในเมื่อไม่ต้องการให้แชร์เนื้อหาทางเพศ แล้วตัวเกมจะทำกราฟิกอวัยวะเพศที่สมจริงราวกับเกมโป๊ออกมาทำไมกัน ทาง Ubisoft ก็ออกมาขอโทษ และจะทำการอัพเดทเปลี่ยนแปลงโมเดลของ NPC ดังกล่าวให้เป็นปกติ เหมือนกับ NPC ตัวอื่นๆ คาดว่าแพทช์แก้ไขน่าจะปล่อยออกมาภายในช่วงสัปดาห์นี้ และทาง Ubisoft จะติดต่อกับทาง First Party เครื่องเกมถึงข้อผิดพลาดนี้ และขอให้ผู้เล่นแชร์เนื้อหาในเกมได้ตามปกติด้วย
